 | CONGRATULATIONS BOYS 17s!
|
| | Congratulations to the Time Out Boys 17s for placing first in the 18s division of the Delaware Invitational on December 9. This was the first tournament of the season for the Time Out Boys 16s, 17s, and 18s. The 16s had a roller coaster day and ended up placing 3rd after a 3 way tie for first place, while the 18s sadly had an injury that caused them to lose 2 outside hitters, which kept them from winning more matches.

Nineteen players in these matches were alumni of the club including: Loyola's Jake Cohen, Danny Finley, Jameer Green, Brady Harvey, Tim Marsh, Ryan McGarvey, Devin McNamara, Gio Petronelli; Calvert Hall's Ryan Brown, Russell Coulter, Molelo Haddaway-Seame, Ben Harlacher, Andrew Keenan, Chris Mafale, Shane Martin; St Paul's Brendan Connelly, Boys Latin - Avery Engel, Luke Klutz, David Santangelo. These players had a fantastic season and should be proud of their accomplishments.

 | We're BACK!
|
| | Just as necessity is the mother of invention, change is most definitely the vehicle for growth. With that in mind, the changes made this past season for Time Out Volleyball Club were made to provide usage of a upscale facility, foster growth and improvement.
However, what can appear perfect on paper or sound awesome as a vision can differ drastically when reality enters the picture. Expansion often contains unforeseen pitfalls and, we've had our share in this endeavor.
In a recent recap of the season with former TOVBC staff members, we decided it is in our best interest to return to TOVBC and pursue our club in procedures we are committed to.

 | BLACK HAWKS - Boys Regionals_2nd Place
|
| | As the Black Bears 16s boys were winning their division at the Boy's 15 Regionals, the BLACK HAWKS were also fighting for the championship on the 17s court. We are proud that they fought hard and brought home the 2nd place honors. Coached by Rob Lewandowski and Dave Prichard, the 7 players attending each excelled. Chris Panzeri and Bosley Jarrett led the team in kills, Kevin Mackey and Shane Martin led in blocks, Zach Rombach led in assists, Aaron Brooks and Tommy Peterson shared the lead in digs and Bosley led the team in passing. Great job guys!

 | CONGRATULATIONS...Black Magic & Black Storm
|
| | BLACK MAGIC 14s finished 1st place at the SMCM tournament held in St Mary's College on March 19th. The team accomplished this tremendous feat with only 8 girls. The girls have had a string of 2nd place finishes so to see them finally win one was a nice change. The team dropped only one set all day, and no team broke 17 points on Black Magic other than the one set they lost. The girls all served and passed quite well, which led them to playing the most consistent volleyball to date.
Time Out 15s BLACK STORM earned Silver in the Club Division of the MVSA's 15 Open/Club on March 27. This team, coached by Dennis Shields and Meghan McDonald, has made tremendous strides this season.
Congratulations to the players – Selden Barroll, Emmie Healey, Shannon Herlihy, Victoria Karayinopulos, Kayla Lari, Ellie Pine, Liza Rodgers, Alison Taggart and Hailey Thrift. “There's a Storm A-Brewin'!”
